2. Visiting the website

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, pages accessed, referring website, browser and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website securely and reliably and is deleted after a short period. The website is hosted by hosttech GmbH in Switzerland.

To protect the login areas against attacks, the IP addresses of failed login attempts are stored temporarily.

3. Contact

If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process your name, email address and message in order to answer your enquiry. We keep this data as long as necessary for correspondence.

4. Orders and customer accounts

When you place an order, we process the data required to fulfil the contract: name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number (if provided), the artwork ordered and payment and shipping information. If you create a customer account, your data is stored so that you can view your orders. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) and Stripe, Inc. (USA). Your payment data (for example, card details) is entered directly with Stripe and is not stored by us. Stripe also processes data to prevent fraud. More information: stripe.com/privacy

6. Shipping

To deliver your artwork, we pass your name, delivery address and, where required, your email address or telephone number to the postal or courier service we use. For international shipments, the data required for customs clearance is passed on to the authorities and delivery companies in the destination country.

7. Cookies

This website uses technically necessary cookies, for example to keep the contents of your basket, to process your order and to prevent payment fraud. These cookies are required for the shop to work. Other cookies (for example for statistics) are used only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.

8. Website analytics (Google Analytics)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) and Google LLC (USA), to understand how visitors use the website. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes data such as pages viewed, duration of visit, device and approximate location. IP addresses are not stored in full. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings. More information: policies.google.com/privacy

9. Recipients and transfer abroad

We pass on personal data only where necessary for the purposes described above: to our hosting provider, our payment provider, the shipping companies we use and, with your consent, Google. Where data is transferred to countries without an adequate level of data protection, such as the USA, this is based on the Swiss-U.S. or EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

10. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law. Order and accounting records are kept for 10 years in accordance with Swiss law.

11. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data and to have it corrected or deleted. You may also object to processing, request restriction of processing, request a copy of your data in a common format and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, please contact us by email.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch). In the EU, you may contact the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The version published on this website applies.
